3. TESTING & DOCUMENTING
This is a device that should be used by elderly people and its main goal is to facilitate digital interactions between them and promote social contact. It is also meant to make it possible for older people to communicate with each other without needing the help of a younger person.

Unfortunately, I tried to carry the user test with my grandparents through Skype but it didn’t work. So I had to test it on my mom, who isn’t on the same user group, but who still gave me some useful insights and tips on how I could improve.

What went well: according to her, it was easy to make a call and identify the different contacts. It was also easy to choose the game and she believed it’s good that there is a question to confirm if they really wish to play the game.

What went wrong: there should be a confirmation that the other person has accepted to play the game and information that the game is about to start. It should also be shown many points the person has gained during the game.
